The Embassy of Italy in Abuja invites interested companies to submit an expression of interest for the provision of one or more of the following services:
\n1) maintenance service for the Ambassador’s residence;<\/a>
\n2) gardening and landscaping service for the Ambassador’s residence;<\/a>
\n3) cleaning and maintenance service at the Embassy;<\/a>
\n4) gardening and landscaping service at the Embassy;<\/a>
\n5) health insurance coverage service for the Embassy’s local staff and their family members pursuant to the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 50\/2016;<\/a>
\n6) insurance coverage service for 4 vehicles (three armored cars, one non-armored car) of the Embassy, third-party liability insurance coverage service for the Embassy, third-party liability insurance coverage service for the Ambassador’s residence, fire insurance coverage service for the Embassy;<\/a>
\n7) security service at the Ambassador’s residence;<\/a>
\n8) maintenance service for 4 vehicles (three armored cars, one non-armored car) of the Embassy;<\/a>
\n9) fire extinguishers maintenance service and provision of fire safety and first aid training courses.<\/a><\/div>\n

\nRequirements and documentation<\/strong>
\nAll companies possessing the professional skills and technical and organizational capabilities necessary for the provision of the services listed above may participate.
\nInterested companies may apply for one or more services.
\nThe documentation must include:<\/p>\n
    \n
  1. a presentation of the company and the proposed services;<\/li>\n
  2. Annexes A and B duly signed;<\/li>\n
  3. any further documentation deemed useful to demonstrate experience, technical capability and professional reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
    Duration of contracts<\/strong>
    \nThe contracts will have an annual duration, from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027<\/strong>. No automatic renewals or tacit extensions are provided for. A site inspection of the premises and equipment may be conducted by appointment starting from Friday, November 6, 2026<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

    \n<\/strong>Expressions of interest must be received by 12:00 noon on November 24, 2026<\/strong>.<\/span>The documentation can be transmitted via e-mail to the address:     abuja.amministrativo@esteri.it<\/a> including in the subject line the service for which the company is applying to provide. Alternatively, it can be transmitted in paper format in a sealed envelope to the kind attention of the “Administrative Office \u2013 Embassy of Italy” <\/strong>at the address: EU Complex,<\/strong> European Union Crescent Road, Central Business District, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria<\/strong>, clearly highlighting on the package the name of the service that the company is applying to provide.<\/div>\n
