Since May 2005, the offices of the Embassy have been permanently located within the EU Complex, owned and directly managed by the Delegation of the European Union in Nigeria.
The Embassy employs staff seconded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as locally hired personnel.

The Consular Office is open to the public and has jurisdiction only over the States of F.C.T. – Kaduna – Kano – Niger – Plateau – Katsina.
