For this 10th Edition, the Ministries of Agriculture and Culture have expressed their support for the candidacy of Italian cuisine as intangible heritage of UNESCO, through the production of the video for the song “Vai Italia”, composed by Maestro Mogol and performed by Albano Carrisi together with the Piccolo Coro dell’Antoniano and the Piccolo Coro di Caivano.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs collaborated with ALMA (International School of Italian Cuisine) and the University of Parma to create a web series on Italian cuisine, as well as with Italy’s most popular food blog, Giallozafferano, for a series of 10 English-subtitled videos promoting the Week of Italian Cuisine, featuring the publication of 3 typically Italian menus.

All videos are available for viewing on the Embassy’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
