October 25th marks the celebration of World Pasta Day. With the scientific contribution of CREA and the involvement of the pasta-making sector of Unione Italiana Food, a video project has been produced dedicated to cereal farming and the Italian pasta supply chain. It reconstructs the relationship between tradition, research, innovation, and sustainability that defines the chain, showcasing its scientific and production expertise.
