The IX edition of the Italian Cuisine Week in Abuja has concluded, this year’s theme: “Mediterranean Diet and Roots Cuisine“.
The opening ceremony in Abuja took place on Friday 15th November at the Fraser Suites Abuja and for the entire week from November 18 to 23 involved 7 local companies operating in the catering sector to shine a spotlight on Italian Cuisine and its positive correlation with health and tradition.
The Association of Italians in Nigeria actively participated as an official partner of the Embassy by promoting the event and being present on various dates. AIN contributed to the dissemination of events aimed at uniting the Italian and Nigerian gastronomic cultures, together with various Chefs and entrepreneurs in the food industry.

Third and Fourth Day: Masterclass by Chef Sanavio at Fraser Suites Abuja with the participation of the students of Red Dish Chronicles Culinary School
Fourth Day: convivial event open to all at 4Guys Restaurant
Fifth Day: convivial event offered by Chef Badi at Boto Restaurant and tasting of Italian products imported by Nigit Triple Industry of Paolo Zagami
Seventh Day: Event “Padel & Pizza” hosted at Abuja Continental
